Jason has been a personal fitness trainer for just under 15 years and has been teaching Pilates for 10 years. He took yoga mainly for flexibility and stress relief over the years but had a profound life changing experience after taking the IPY teacher training. Yoga isn't just about strength, flexibility and relieving stress. It's about centering the mind, becoming present, and through releasing our own ignorance, understanding who we truly are.
