Masa has been practicing yoga for over 17 years. With a background in karate and dance, she finds that yoga has always helped her in moving better and more fluidly, as well provided a discipline of meditation, breath and spiritual practice. As she continues to study this practice and honoring its roots, she hopes to share with her students not only the physical practice of yoga (Asana), but all 8 Limbs of Yoga that helps build self-awareness.
