Yoga was introduced to Megan two years ago by her younger brother. It was never something she would have thought he would do but the light in his eyes made her willing to give it a try. Megan has struggled with addiction and depression most of her life and through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness has found a sense of purpose and consciousness she never thought possible for herself. Her classes reflect on that journey and mission in teaching is to give to others what yoga freely gave to her.
