Instructor, Inner Power Yoga Studio
Samantha is an avid yogi who has been personally transformed by a dedicated practice of yoga and meditation. Her commitment has further developed a sense of balance and well being in addition to evolving her spiritual life. This deeper understanding and connection has brought her more compassion, grace, and wisdom, that has touched her soul in a profound way. She strongly believes that a consistent yoga practice and devotion to its’ ancient teachings, can heal any individual. Through the practice of yoga and pranayama, one can truly connect mind, body and spirit.
Samantha has been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years, and her wish is to bring yoga and mindfulness to this community. Her hope is to awaken others, and help them on their dharmic path. Her classes link breath and movement, to release and detoxify the body. She often uses breath work and guided imagery in her class to facilitate personal growth and meditation.
Samantha completed Inner Power Yoga’s 200 hour Teacher Training program and is furthering her yoga studies by attending Loyola Maramount University to study Yoga Therapy RX.
She believes that she is not just a teacher, but a forever learner. She is also Reiki certified, a fitness professional, and a full time yogi.
