Zach Wagner
Zach has been practicing yoga for a long time in all earnestness. He practices Ashtanga yoga 6 days a week in the early early morning. His class is a mix of ashtanga/power yoga vinyasa, synchronizing the breath with the movement. Expect to work really hard and vigiorsly in his class creating lots of heat in the body and burning out all impurities, so you can find total peace in yoganidra (deep relaxation) at the end of the practice. When Zach is not teaching yoga he is either skateboarding or working on some art projects.
