BLAZING BARRE BODIES
Have you ever seen a ballerina's body and wished you had that muscular yet lean body? Well you can too! Don't worry about being green, this class is designed for the beginner to most advanced fitness class enthusiast. It is your chance to get in on a classic Barre class with a tantalizing twist - an element of training using light weights.
You'll experience elements of full on fitness with building flexibility, postural alignment, core strengthening and body lengthening all while experiencing the burn the Barre offers, but building the dancers mindset of no matter what and through it all - the show go on... burn and all!
CHAKRA BALANCING WORKSHOP
A series of 8 classes, each week focusing on a different chakra. You can join at anytime, as the sequence will be repeating. 45 minute of yoga asana and meditation and 15 minutes of demonstration.
A mix of ballet barre, pilates, yoga, and strength rolled all into one. An hour long, full body workout. Emphasis on alignment and isometric movement, making it safe and challenging for all levels.
This class puts an emphasis on coordination of breath and movement; "honoring the wisdom of the body" Kripalu. Prana (breath) provides a vital bridge between the body and the mind. You work according to the limits of your individual flexibility and strength. Students learn to move through the postures while consciously following their breath. This is a class to bring your practice to a new, more conscious level. Each evening we will focus on specific areas of the body: stressing alignment, unraveling trauma, working through injury and grounding the mind/body/memory in a new level of dialogue and awareness.

INTRO TO YOGA ASANA
Join Tori Every Sunday from 2:15 to 3:30pm this class is perfect for the student just beginning there journey in yoga or for the student seeking a review of the basics. Breath, Stretching, Postures and simple sequences are introduced to help guide you towards mindfulness.
Kundalini Yoga is a 5,000 year old science that combines breath, intention, focus, discipline, and energetic movement into a whole practice that seeks to awaken the student into their enlightenment in this lifetime. Often thought of in terms of elevating consciousness, Kundalini also utilizes a form of Tantric Yoga, that balances the Male and Female energies within us all, allowing for an explosion of these merging powers within the practitioner.

Every pregnancy is unique whether this is your first baby or your last. Your body is changing and growing, and your mind has the opportunity to expand to create a new sense of Self as Mother. Also in this class, Kristen gives a special emphasis on the work of Labor. A Birth Doula, she provides experience and support to this magical and powerful process which can often leave women feeling underprepared and overwhelmed.
